what is the return policy ?

Due to the nature of our handcrafted home fragrance products—including car diffusers, room sprays, and wax melts—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. That said, we want you to enjoy your scent experience! If an item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us within 24 of delivery with a photo of the damage to arrange for a complimentary exchange.
